We use UTZ certified Arabica coffees that are expertly hand roasted by our Master Roaster for the peak freshness and flavor of each individual coffee. We slow roast your order by hand in an Old Fashion drum roaster at very low humidity. The combination of these elements delivers a uniquely smooth tasting coffee. One that we feel embodies the quality craftsmanship of the coffee merchants of the Old West.
